Associate Director
I am responsible for the leadership and operations of the Regional Development Centre. This involves oversight of all programmes and projects and management of 32 Staff. I have the strategic lead for joining up the SHA improvement programme with other partners across west midlands to minimise overlap and maximise value for money.

Strategic Health Authority and National Mental Health Development Unit representative to the Offender Health and Social Care Programme Board responsible for oversight of the implementation of improvements in Health and Social Care for people in contact with the Criminal Justice system.

Supporting the development of the West Midlands Quality Observatory
- "Coach, Catalyst and Challenger" for service development and improvement across health, social care and criminal justice sectors.

Fast adoption of innovations in IT to support improved team working in dispersed groups.

Knowledge Management in action - chair of the RDC Knowledge Management Working Group.

Assisted Wheel Reinvention - connecting to other development/knowledge to benefit Communities, Groups and Individuals in the West Midlands.
