Dr Anand Chitnis is a GP working in North Solihull. He has been working with the RDC Primary Care Team since 2003 as a GP advisor and Lead Tutor on the West Midlands Trailblazers Programme.

His main interest is around enabling the development of user centred primary care based mental health teams. The Trailblazers programme is a learner centred approach to service development with education, focussing on specific areas, local projects, innovative ideas, as well as personal and leadership development.
