James Harley

James Harley works for NHS West Midlands delivering and supporting a number of IT Projects and Services for both James Harleythe IT Shared Services team and NHS West Midlands. IT Shared Services are responsible for the delivery of IT services across 5 service improvement organisations. The services they provide include, email, calendar, and contact support, file management, hardware and software solutions, mobile device support, website hosting and development and other collaborative software. The organisations they support are:

  • The West Midlands Regional Development Centre
  • The National Mental Health Delivery Unit
  • The Yorkshire and Humber Improvement Partnership
  • The South West Development Centre
  • The Eastern Development Centre

James also supports other NHS organisations working with collaborative tools and developing websites. These include, Lifestyle Tariffs, West Midlands Tobacco Control Network,QIPP Programme and other projects hosted by NHS West Midlands.

As a Prince 2 Practioner James has also given guidance to the NHS West Midlands project delivery processes which includes the use of collaborative applications.
