Background

Working with local areas to further develop local shared strategic priorities and partnership/joint commissioning and provision arrangements in preparation for legislation for more formal statutory responsibilities for integration of commissioning and provision of children's services.

Objectives

1. Provide support by invitation to local executive teams to develop partnership working at all levels in the system (e.g. from Local Strategic Partnership/Childrens Trust board to a specific thematic partnership such as a Local Partnership Board for AHDC or CAMHS) to ensure achievement of the NSF, Local LAA outcomes, the health outcomes of ECM & the Child Health Strategy.

2. Provide bespoke support to local areas seeking to further develop joint and integrated commissioning arrangements.

3. Provide bespoke support to local areas seeking to further develop joint provision arrangements in childrens, young peoples and family services.
