Our recent Commissioning Development Programme has been put together under the auspices of a West Midlands Chief Officer Steering Group comprising representatives of Primary Care Trusts, Association of Directors of Social Services West Midlands, NHS West Midlands, Government Office of the West Midlands and the West Midlands Regional Development Centre, formely known as CSIP West Midlands.
The Programme has focused exclusively of underpinning the development support required to deliver the Joint Commissioning framework for Health and Wellbeing.
The Commissioning Development Programme is in two parts:
- A Core Overarching Commissioning Development programme containing activity and projects that are of a generic and/or regional nature.
- Service specific commissioning development activity, relevant to individual programme areas details of which can be found in the relevant section elsewhere in this web site
