These pages provide access to a package of peer-reviewed training modules covering many aspects of mental health and well-being. The purpose of the training package is to share and promote good practice in mental health promotion training, in support of the 2007 West Midlands Charter for Mental Health and Well-being.
The majority of the modules that make up the package are based on tried and tested sessions that have been developed by Mental Health Promotion Leads in the West Midlands. Their content reflects the CSIP West Midlands guidance for good practice for mental health promotion training (download document: PDF 24KB), which resulted from the Mental Health Awareness Training Mapping exercise.
