CSIP West Midlands has promoted use of the Mental Health Promotion
Toolkit developed by NIMHE and the government office from the North East. One of the authors of this toolkit, Dr Maryanne Freer has facilitated 2 workshops in the West Midlands in June 2007.

Community Primary Care Access for Offenders in the
West Midlands Region:
This report was commissioned by the Care Services Improvement Partnership (CSIP) West Midlands, and is supported by National Treatment Agency for Substance Misuse (NTA) and National Offender Management Service (NOMS) West Midlands teams on behalf of the West Midlands Regional Reducing Re-offending Action Plan. The report is relevant to those in strategic positions and to the providers of services whose remit is to work with offenders and socially excluded groups. A variety of sources has been used to inform this report, including current policy and research, local and national examples of good practice, and the findings of a consultation process conducted in the West Midlands Region.
