The programme supports stakeholders to raise the profile of Dual Diagnosis at a strategic and commissioning level across the West Midlands.

With the support of the programme the West Midlands region should be able to express needs consistent with national policy objectives

Locally derived but supported models for Dual Diagnosis should emerge from local commissioners and service providers

Dissemination of relevant evidence based practice guidelines will be a core function of the programme

The programme will offer training opportunities for AOR staff and identified DD leads across the patch
