Consultation Paper Published: 'Towards a Shared Vision for Mental Health'

We are very pleased and excited to confirm that the consultation document for 'New Horizons'
is published today by the Department of Health.
The document describes itself as:
"New Horizons: public consultation on a new vision for mental health and well being to help develop the promotion of mental health and well-being across the population, improve the quality and accessibility of services, and to enable
SHAs to deliver their regional visions, in a way that reflects the changed nature of the NHS".

The Consultation
This consultation begins on 23 July 2009 and will run until 15 October 2009, and the Department welcomes all comments on the contents of the consultation document.
