Joanne Treacy has worked within the NHS for almost 10 years and her background is in Project Management and Administration. Her current role is as a CAMHS Project Manager for NHS West Midlands Regional Development Centre.

Her current work includes supporting the RDW in delivering the CAMHS agenda across the West Midlands region, attending a number of CAMHS partnership meetings and is also working on Service Improvement and Redesign using tools and techniques such as the Choice and Partnership approach. She also offers advice and guidance to organisations on service improvement.

For the past 8 years Joanne has worked on a variety of national modernisation projects as a Service Improvement Lead/Project manager within the West Midlands. These include the Action On Projects - General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, Neurology as well as the Cancer Services Collaborative and booking and choice. She has also been a service improvement facilitator within acute trusts working on ophthalmology and surgery - mainly Trauma/Orthopaedics.

She has worked in many areas across the West Midlands and has experience of working within Primary Care (PCTs), Acute Trusts and a Strategic Health Authority.
