Programme Consultant for Children, Young People & Families Service Development

I am responsible for the leadership and delivery of the Children, Young People and Families Programme.  The programme supports organisations to achieve change in the commissioning and delivery of services to improve outcomes. The programme has a small but growing team who are leading on a wide range of improvement  work commissioned by PCTs, Regional and National Partners.

Other experience
I have significant experience and have held senior roles as a clinician in adult mental health, as a Counsellor & Psychotherapist, service manager, commissioner and in regional policy implementation. In recent roles I have developed service improvement and strategic development skills, working with teams and individuals at all levels within local partnerships.
